Yankee Trace resident and real estate expert Andrew Gaydosh attended the 2019 Cincinnati Golf and Boat show Jan 18 to the 27th. Andrew set up a booth to promote Yankee Trace and our community. “With our YankeeTrace.com website becoming more and more active we recognized the need to educate the general public on what we as a community have to offer. We get calls weekly from golfers around the region that are interested in finding a community they can live in and enjoy a golf lifestyle that Yankee Trace has to offer. I thought there is no better place to promote our awesome community than a golf show with an attendance of more than 30,0000 people. The more people we can attract to Yankee Trace the more the property values will increase.” Promote he did, Andrew said the turnout was fantastic and he was able to introduce Yankee Trace to thousands of people who have never heard about Yankee. Many of you may have recall receiving a postcard in the mail inviting you to an after hours VIP party. Andrew invited everyone on the community to an event he held on the 26th at the Hyatt right across the street from the Duke Convention Center where the show was held. “It was great to see so many Yankee Trace friends stop by the show and say hello and it was even better hanging out with them for a drink after the event” Andrew is already planing a bigger and better show for 2020.
